Rural King has the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever seen. Weeks before Christmas I ordered a gift card for my dad online. It said it would be shipped in 1-2 business days and that I would receive an email telling me when it's on its way. Two weeks goes by and I am worried as Christmas is almost here. I call several times to find out a status update and the shortest wait time I am ever quoted is 45 minutes. Finally, I email asking to cancel my order since it does not appear to have been shipped yet. Crickets. I finally buy my dad a different gift card. Days after Christmas, it arrives. Still no word from customer service. After the first of the year, I write again, including the initial email. Still no response. I know it was a busy time of the year, but you need to at least employ enough staff to provide reasonable customer service.

Ordered prior to Christmas. Received an email that one of my items was backordered. After waiting over a month I sent an email requesting an update. Received a response that item is out of stock and a refund would be issued and that it was out of stock when I ordered it. If it was out of stock a refund should have been sent immediately instead of taking my money for over a month. If I wouldn't have emailed I probably would never have received a refund.
